RUGGED, LIGHTWEIGHT AND PORTABLE
The MR175 provides illumination at over 1.5 mi (2.4 km) and weighs only 7.9 lbs (3.6 kg) making it the best performing portable searchlight on the market. It is ergonomically designed to be carried over long periods and is also used on helicopters for man-operated illumination and Search & Rescue. It is rugged and built from military grade materials for use in combat and border operations.

The MR175 is operational in visible light as well as covert and semi-covert IR. Its internal lens system shifts from 2° spot to 6° flood providing a uniform beam diameter of 574 yd (525 m) at a distance of 1.9 mi (3 km) which can be extended to a best-in-class 74° with an external lens.
RUGGED BODY WITHSTANDS EXTREME CONDITIONS
Built from reinforced glass-filled nylon to battlefield standards, the MR175 is made from the highest technology materials to dissipate heat and withstand the most demanding conditions of extreme temperatures and constant shocks as well as being water resistant.
LIGHTWEIGHT FOR PORTABILITY AND VERSATILE MOUNTING
The MR175's slim and lightweight design ensures it can be easily carried, transported and deployed. Furthermore it can be mounted on an array of platforms including standard photographic tripods for a variety of applications.
The MR175 is powered from one BB-2590 battery weighing only 3 lbs (1.3 kg) and which provides over 90 minutes run time. BB-2590s are the most common military rechargeable batteries worldwide thus making the MR175 compatible with the existing battery stock for most of the world's armed forces.
